What’s your favourite spot/location to be active?
In winter I like to climb in Ticino. (There are super spots for sportclimbing, multipitch and bouldering there) In summer I travel to see new places. Two of my favourite places are: climbing in Rätikon (Swiss), and alpine climbing at Schüsselkar (Wettersteingebirge).For me it’s very important to see new places. I don’t have any favourite place I like to go.
How do you prepare for a project/contest (info/training/nutrition?)
In winter I train a lot in the gym. I train endurance and also bouldering approximately 4‐5 times a week. In summer I prepare by trying my projects and I feel I get stronger by trying them. I enjoy my adventures in outdoor climbing.
What are your biggest accomplishments?
In sport climbing my hardest route was ‘Erntezeit’ 8c In Multipitch I have several; ‘Hotel Supramonte’ 8b, ‘Via Acacia’ 7c+. I was also the first women to climb ‘Pura Vida’, an 8b boulder. I have won the legendary Melloblocco 4 times. (It is the biggest outdoor bouldering competition).
What are your next goals (related to your sport)?
I wish to climb more multipitch routes. I am extremely motivated to try Silbergeier again (an alpine sportclimbing classic from Beat Kammerlander). Super Cirill in Ticino or any other beautiful long climbs.

Guys, who put up new routes!!!
Who is your favourite guy to hang out with/be active with?
I really like to go climbing with my sister and brother. We also have a little climbing club in my hometown and there are a lot of friends I climb with and train with in winter.
What’s your ‘2nd‘sport (not only outdoor activities)?
I like to go ski touring or cross country skiing.
What’s your favourite thing to do on a day off?
I like hanging around and relaxing, to go swimming, or eating.
What’s your favourite adidas product?
I like the Supertrekking fleece and the Terrex PrimaLoft Jumper.
What’s your favourite food?
My favourite food is a vegetable‐lasagne.
